Goated promo code: the three things people mean
Search that phrase and you get three different products wearing one name. Here is the map: what each code is, where it goes, and what it actually pays.
Updated 1 Oct 2026 · reviewed against the official channels
1. The sign-up code (a referral code)
This is the one you type once, on the registration form. It tells Goated which affiliate sent you, and Goated's terms are specific about the limits of that relationship: if you register with an affiliate or referral code, any representations, promises or offers the affiliate makes are not endorsed by Goated unless they appear on Goated's own site, and Goated can remove the affiliate link from your account if the affiliate misrepresents it. The affiliate earns a commission on your play; the formula is on their affiliate page.
Two things make the code slightly more than a tag on Goated. Its help centre says some bonus drops require you to be signed up under a specific affiliate code, so the code can gate codes. And its Friends With Benefits promotion pays the referrer $8 to $800 when a referred friend completes a VIP transfer, scaled by the tier they land on. Neither is a bonus for you. Goated publishes nothing a referred player receives for entering a code.

2. Bonus drop codes (what this site tracks)
These are the real "Goated promo codes for existing users". Goated's help centre says it drops codes at random times each day in its Telegram channels and names the Goated Drops Channel, t.me/goateddrops, which has about 2,400 subscribers. The codes we see pay $1 to $10 in USDC, carry 40 to 150 uses, and gate on roughly $2,500 to $35,000 wagered in the last 7 days, arriving every four to six hours. Goated's own worked example matches: a $3 USDC code that needs $3,000 wagered in the last 7 days. Redeem through the profile dropdown → Redeem Code, or go straight to goated.com/?redeem=1.
Goated also lists the requirement types a code can carry: a dollar wager figure, a timeline for it, and being signed up under a specific affiliate code. If you clear them, the amount is credited directly. The live Goated feed mirrors the channel with the gate, the use count and an age-based status on every code; the redemption walkthrough covers the path and each refusal; the glossary explains how a rolling 7-day window is counted.
3. Offers that are not codes at all
A lot of "Goated promo code" pages are describing Goated's deposit offer, which is not a code. Its help centre documents a 100% first deposit bonus up to $1,000 with a 35x rollover on deposit plus bonus; Goated's own example is a $1,000 deposit, a $2,000 balance and a $70,000 wagering requirement, with a $10 maximum bet while the rollover runs and contribution scaled by house edge. There is also an invite-only one-time 20% cashback on losses from a deposit, up to $1,000, claimed through support. Both need money in first. The no-deposit guide goes through them properly.
The VIP program needs no code either: a daily bonus at 00:10 UTC, a weekly bonus on Thursdays, weekly reloads on Tuesdays, level-up bonuses, lossback from Platinum, loans from Sapphire, and a birthday bonus from $2 to $100 by tier. The VIP guide has the tables. If a page hands you a "code" for any of those, it is selling you a referral.
What none of them do
- Pay a brand-new account with no deposit and no play. The VIP ladder starts at Copper with zero XP and zero rewards earned.
- Work on another casino. Goated codes are Goated-only; a Stake code pasted here does nothing, and vice versa.
- Survive the use count. With 40 to 150 uses and a channel of 2,400, a $10 code is gone in minutes.
- Require a third-party site, a login, or a crypto transfer. Anything asking for that is theft, not a bonus.
How Goated drop codes differ from Stake's
Three practical differences. Goated pays in USDC, so the dollar figure in the post is the dollar figure in your balance. Goated prints the use count directly, where Stake prints a shared pool and leaves you to divide. And Goated's gates run wider, up to $35,000 in a week on the biggest codes, with the extra possibility that a code is locked to an affiliate. "Not eligible" on Goated can mean your volume, your window, or who referred you.
The practical upshot: check the gate on the card, paste at the redeem URL, and read the refusal if there is one. If you tried a code, tap Worked or Didn't on the card, or send us a code we missed. The comparison page puts Goated's cadence next to the other nine casinos we track.
Questions people actually ask
- What is a Goated promo code?
- Three separate things share the name. A referral code attaches your account to an affiliate, and Goated's terms say any promises that affiliate makes are not endorsed by Goated unless they appear on its own site. A bonus drop code is the short code posted on the Goated Drops Telegram channel and redeemed under Redeem Code by players who meet the wager requirement in the post, paid in USDC. And the 100% first deposit bonus and the VIP rewards that people also call promo codes are claimed without typing anything.
- Where do I enter a Goated promo code?
- A referral code goes in at registration. A drop code goes in through the profile dropdown → Redeem Code, or straight to goated.com/?redeem=1, after you log in. The deposit bonus and VIP rewards are claimed from the VIP page. Nothing legitimate asks you to type a Goated code on another website or send crypto first.
- Does a Goated promo code give free money?
- Not on its own. Goated publishes no bonus for the player who enters a referral code. Drop codes do pay USDC, $1 to $10 on the codes we track, but Goated's help centre says each may carry a dollar wager requirement, a timeline for it, and sometimes a requirement to be signed up under a specific affiliate code. Its own example: a $3 code needing $3,000 wagered in the last 7 days.
- Is there a Goated promo code for existing users?
- Yes, and that is what most people actually want: the drop codes. Goated's help centre says it drops codes at random times each day in its Telegram channels and names the Goated Drops Channel. We see one every four to six hours, each with 40 to 150 uses and a gate of roughly $2,500 to $35,000 wagered in 7 days.
- Does the affiliate code I sign up with matter on Goated?
- It can. Goated's help centre says some drop codes require you to be signed up under a specific affiliate code, so a code can be a key to codes as well as a tag. Goated also pays referrers when a referred player completes a VIP transfer, $8 to $800 depending on the tier reached. What Goated does not publish is any standing bonus for the referred player.
- Which Goated promo code is best?
- For sign-up, pick the affiliate whose drops you want access to, if any, because Goated publishes nothing else a code unlocks. For drops, the best code is the newest one whose gate you already clear and whose uses have not run out, which is what the live feed sorts for you.
- Do Goated codes work in the United States?
- No. Goated's own site says it cannot accept players from the United States of America due to licensing restrictions, and its terms bar any jurisdiction where its services are not permitted. You must be 18 or the local legal age. If you cannot hold an account, no code changes that, and we do not suggest working around it.
