Is Stake available in your country?
A straight answer for where you are, the restricted-country list as Stake publishes it, and the one thing every other page on this topic sells that we won't: a VPN.

Restricted countries
Stake.com's terms exclude the countries below (not exhaustive — the terms page is authoritative and changes). If you're in one of them, the codes on this site won't redeem for you.

The US: Stake.us instead
US players aren't locked out of the Stake family — they get a different product. Stake.us is a sweepstakes casino: Gold Coins for play, Stake Cash redeemable for prizes, no crypto deposits, eligible states only (a few large states are excluded). It has its own drop channels and its own genuine no-purchase sign-up bonus. Live Stake.us codes.
Why we don't do VPN advice
Search "stake vpn" and you'll find a dozen VPN affiliates promising a workaround. What they don't mention: Stake's terms make the account forfeitable, KYC at withdrawal checks documents against location, and bonus claims from a restricted region are a compliance flag. The typical ending is a confiscated balance after a win. Our whole site is built on telling you what actually happens; this is part of it.
Questions people actually ask
- Is Stake available in the US?
- Stake.com is not. Stake.us is the US product — a sweepstakes casino using Gold Coins and Stake Cash, available in most but not all US states. It has its own codes and its own drop channels.
- Is Stake legal in the UK?
- Stake.com stopped serving the UK in March 2025 after giving up its UK licence. UK players are blocked.
- Can I use a VPN to play on Stake?
- You can, and people do, but it breaks Stake's terms: accounts get closed and balances confiscated, usually at withdrawal or KYC. Bonus drop codes make it worse — claiming bonuses from a restricted country is exactly the pattern their compliance team looks for. This site doesn't recommend it.
- Which countries does Stake accept?
- Most of the world outside the list on this page — Stake is licensed in Curaçao and serves Latin America, much of Europe, Canada, Japan and more. Local law still applies to you, and you must be 18 or older (21 in some places).
