Stake bonus code not working? Here's what the error means
Almost every failed code fails for one of five reasons, and four of them are visible before you paste it. This is the decoder.

"This code has been fully claimed"
The most common one, and the least fixable. Each drop carries a Total Drop Limit — a shared pool, commonly $2,000. Divide by the code's value and you get the number of claims that ever existed: a $2 code is ~1,000 claims, a $50 high-roller code from a $50,000 pool is also ~1,000. With 160,000 subscribers on the Daily Drops channel alone, a pool drains in minutes to a few hours. Fix: none for this code. Use the wire, which labels codes LIVE / LIKELY CLAIMED / EXPIRED by age, or get pinged the moment one lands.
"Not eligible"
You're under the wagering gate. Drops need recent volume: about $4,000 wagered in the last 7 days per $1 of value on Stake.com, or the equivalent in Stake Cash played on Stake.us. The exact figure is in every post and on every code page here ("Needs $12,000 wagered in the last 7 days"). Fix: type your 7-day volume into the "Which codes can I claim?" filter on the wire — it hides the codes you can't redeem. Do not wager to qualify; the gate costs more in house edge than the code pays.
"Invalid code"
- Wrong site. Codes starting stakecom belong to Stake.com; stakeus to Stake.us. They don't cross over.
- Paste error. A trailing space, a swapped character, or a code copied from an image with an l/1 or O/0 mix-up. Use the Copy button on the code page.
- Expired. Time limits exist alongside the pool; a very old code can return invalid rather than fully claimed.
"You already have an active bonus drop"
One at a time. If you claimed a drop and haven't finished its (usually nil) requirement or it hasn't settled, the next one waits. Rare, but it explains a code that works for a friend and not for you.
The code was never a drop code
Pages promising a "free $5 no deposit code" are handing you a sign-up referral code dressed up as a drop. Referral codes go in the registration form, do nothing under Offers, and unlock a deposit-match, not free cash. The full explanation.
How to stop losing the race
- Check the code's page here first — age, pool, estimated claims, and the gate are on it.
- Set your 7-day volume in the wire's filter so you only see codes you can actually redeem.
- Turn on the Telegram alerts; the pool is gone before most people open the channel.
- Know the rhythm: when drops usually land.

- Why does Stake say 'this code has been fully claimed'?
- Every drop code has a shared pool (commonly $2,000). A $2 code is ~1,000 claims; with 160,000 people watching the channel, that pool drains within hours, often minutes. You were late, not wrong. The wire shows each code's age and estimated claims so you can judge before pasting.
- Why does Stake say I'm 'not eligible' for a bonus code?
- Drop codes require recent volume — roughly $4,000 wagered in the last 7 days per $1 of code value on Stake.com (Stake Cash played on Stake.us). A $3 code needs about $12,000. New or inactive accounts see 'not eligible' until they cross that gate.
- Why is my Stake bonus code 'invalid'?
- Usually a paste problem (a stray space, a wrong character), an expired code, or the wrong site — Stake.com codes start with 'stakecom', Stake.us codes with 'stakeus', and neither works on the other.
- Can I claim two Stake drop codes at once?
- No — one active drop claim at a time. Finish (or wait out) the current one before redeeming the next.
- Where do I enter the code?
- Settings → Offers → Bonus Drop, on the site the code belongs to. Never on a third-party site or in a bot.
