Polymarket referral code, promo code and bonus

There is no Polymarket bonus code. Polymarket doesn't run a sign-up bonus or promo code on polymarket.com, and the referral program we're in sets no discount for you. What we can give you is the rest: what our link actually does, what a trade costs, and whether Polymarket is open where you are.

Updated 27 Oct 2026 · fees, programs and country rules read from Polymarket's docs and regulators on 27 Oct 2026

Short version

  • Bonus or promo code: none exists for polymarket.com.
  • The $25 codes you've seen: Polymarket US offers, for US residents only, on a separate exchange. Where they come from.
  • Our link: a referral link. You get nothing extra and pay the same fees. If you're new to Polymarket and sign up through it, DropSiren gets a share of the trading fees you pay.
  • Fees: takers pay a fee on most markets ($1.25 on 100 sports shares at 50¢ at the docs' sports rate); makers pay nothing.
  • What polymarket.com pays back: a taker rebate, from 3% of your taker fees once your 30-day weighted volume reaches $2,000. No link or code needed. The tiers.
  • Countries: closed or close-only in a long list of places, the US and UK among them. Check yours.
  • What it is: a prediction market, not a casino. 18+, and you can lose what you put in.

Polymarket links only show for visitors in countries where it's open to new trades.

When a Polymarket link shows here, it's an affiliate link. If you're new to Polymarket and sign up through it, DropSiren gets a share of the trading fees you pay. You get nothing extra: there's no sign-up bonus or promo code, and your fees are the same either way. 18+. Polymarket is a prediction market, not a casino. Prices move and you can lose what you put in.

Where the $25 codes come from

Search for a Polymarket promo code and you'll find US sites offering $25 for a code. Those offers are for Polymarket US, a separate exchange built for US residents and regulated by the CFTC, as its docs (docs.polymarket.us/getting-started/what-is-polymarket-us) put it. polymarket.com, the international site this page is about, has no sign-up bonus and no promo code. We have no link with Polymarket US and earn nothing from it.

Polymarket US's own terms also say the deposit credit doesn't need a code: you get the campaign tied to the code or link you sign up with or, if you use none, the campaign running when you finish signing up. Its new-user deposit program listed one campaign when we read them, Campaign A, so for a new account a code didn't change the amount. Its other credit campaigns that day depended on past deposits and trading.

Three things people mix up

Each read on the program's own page on 27 Oct 2026. Any of them can change without notice.

1 · Polymarket US only

Polymarket US promo and refer-a-friend credits

Deposit credit
Campaign A (from 16 Oct 2026): a new user whose first deposit is at least $10, made within 7 days of signing up, gets a $25 credit.
Refer a friend
A Polymarket US user shares their code, which is their username. When a new user signs up with it and deposits at least $10, both get $25, up to 50 referrals per user.
What the credit is
Promotional trading credit. It can open positions and pay fees, but it can't be withdrawn as cash.
Outside the US
Nothing. It's a different exchange from polymarket.com.

polymarket.com's own referral program

Who earns
The person who shares a market or profile link, and only once they've traded $10,000 in total on Polymarket.
What they earn
10% of the net trading fees of people they refer, and 5% from the people those referrals bring in. Net fees are what Polymarket keeps after the new trader's own tier rebate.
For how long
Until 30 days after the new user signs up, or until they reach the Platinum tier, whichever comes first. The new user has to sign up within 30 days of clicking the link.
For the new user
Nothing. The docs describe no reward for the person who signs up.

Polymarket fees, worked out

Polymarket's taker fee is shares × rate × price × (1 − price), rounded to five decimals, with the rate set by the market's category (Polymarket's fee docs (docs.polymarket.com/trading/fees), read 27 Oct 2026). The taker is the side whose order fills straight away; makers, whose orders wait on the book, never pay. Polymarket's docs also say it charges nothing for deposits or withdrawals; whoever moves your money there may.

As a share of what you spend, the fee works out to rate × (1 − price), so it's heaviest on cheap shares. For 100 shares at the docs' sports rate of 0.05: at 10¢ the fee is $0.45 (4.5% of the trade), at 50¢ $1.25 (2.5%), at 90¢ $0.45 (0.5%). A live market's own schedule can be lower, or zero; the table under the calculator shows what the busiest markets carry right now.

On a big order we work the fee out at each price your order fills (our reading of Polymarket's fee docs; its order docs put a market buy's fee on top of the amount). For the games starting in the next 24 hours, with each order book: Polymarket max bet.

Trade size
= 100 shares for $50.00

Taker fee

$1.25

= 2.5% of the $50.00 trade

100 × 0.05 × 0.5 × 0.5 = $1.25, rounded to 5 decimals the way Polymarket does. As a share of what you spend it's rate × (1 − price), so it bites hardest on cheap shares. Before any taker rebate.

Rates by category, read from Polymarket's fee docs (docs.polymarket.com/trading/fees) on 27 Oct 2026. Polymarket can change them, and a single market's own schedule can differ from its category.

Taker rebates: what polymarket.com pays back, no link or code needed

polymarket.com pays part of the taker fees back to the traders who paid them, under its Taker Rebate Program (live since 28 May 2026). The docs describe no sign-up, link or code: every taker trade on a market that charges a fee counts. Third-party apps that trade through pooled (omnibus) wallets are left out.

Your tier depends on your weighted volume over the last 30 days. Each taker trade adds trade size × (1 − price) × the category's weight, so a trade at a low price counts for more. Below $2,000 there is no rebate. To reach Bronze with trades at 50¢ takes about $4,000 of sports trades in 30 days, or about $1,740 of crypto trades. At Bronze, the 3% rebate on the $1.25 fee for 100 sports shares at 50¢ comes to about 4¢.

Taker rebate tiers from Polymarket's rebate docs (docs.polymarket.com/programs/taker-rebates), read 27 Oct 2026. The bonus is paid once, the first time you reach a tier.

Category weights: Sports 1.0 · Politics, finance, mentions, tech 1.3 · Economics, culture, weather, other 1.7 · Crypto 2.3 · Geopolitics (no fee) 0.0.

  • Only taker trades count. Makers, whose orders wait on the book, pay no fee and are rewarded through a separate maker program.
  • Markets with no taker fee, including geopolitics and any market on a fee holiday, earn no weighted volume and no rebate.
  • Tiers update once a day, at midnight UTC, from your last 30 days. A new tier takes effect at the next daily update and applies only to trades from then on, with no backfill on earlier trades. You drop a tier after a short grace period if your 30-day volume falls below it.
  • Rebates are paid every day at midnight UTC in pUSD, straight to your Polymarket account, once at least $1 has built up. Polymarket says it can change the rates, thresholds, weights and bonuses at any time without notice.
  • A rebate gives back part of a fee. It doesn't change any price or make a losing trade pay, so it's no reason to trade more.

Is Polymarket available in my country?

The box below runs the same check every Polymarket link on this site goes through, and shows you its answer.

Your country

Checking your connection against the list below. The answer shows here in a second or two.

Polymarket links only show for visitors in countries where it's open to new trades.

How the check works

  1. Your browser asks our server which country your connection comes from. The answer comes from our host's request headers and isn't stored.
  2. If that country is on the list below, the check stops there and the link stays hidden. Your browser never contacts Polymarket.
  3. Otherwise your browser asks Polymarket's own location check (https://polymarket.com/api/geoblock). That request goes straight from your browser to Polymarket, which sees your IP address as it would on any visit. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it only goes out when you press "Check with Polymarket". It must say you're not blocked, and the country it sees must not be on our list either.
  4. If anything fails or we can't tell where you are, the link stays hidden. The answer is kept in this browser tab only.

The list comes from Polymarket's restrictions page (docs.polymarket.com/api-reference/geoblock), its Terms of Use (polymarket.com/tos), regulators' own blocklists and decisions, a regulator's notice of a planned block (Norway), blocks reported in the news, and our own rule for Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Brazil. Close-only means you can close positions you already hold but can't open new ones. If Polymarket isn't open where you are, the honest answer is to leave it.

VPNs

Polymarket's Terms of Use, effective 11 Aug 2026 (polymarket.com/tos), prohibit using a VPN, or any other privacy or anonymity tool, to get around its restrictions. Its trade screen asks you to confirm you aren't doing that, and says Polymarket can put a wallet that breaks the rule into close-only mode. The same Terms have every user promise not to use the site where the laws of their own country prohibit it, so local law still applies where you live. In Latvia, for example, the State Revenue Service lists polymarket.com as a blocked gambling domain, and Latvian law bars people from playing unlicensed gambling. The sanction we found is an administrative fine of 70 to 350 euros (LV Portals, 2 Jun 2026). Our country check can't tell you what your own country's law allows.

Every country and territory where no Polymarket link shows on DropSiren (76 in all), with the reason and where it comes from. Territories with their own country code, such as Puerto Rico or Réunion, are listed on their own. Read on 27 Oct 2026. Polymarket can change its own list without notice, so its location check runs too.

How to sign up for Polymarket

  1. Check your country first with the box above. If no Polymarket button shows for you, stop there: it's either closed where you are, or we can't confirm it's open.
  2. Open Polymarket from our button, or type polymarket.com yourself if you'd rather not use a referral link. Same prices, same fees either way. If the sign-up window doesn't open on its own, use Polymarket's sign-up button.
  3. Create the account with one of the sign-in options Polymarket offers.
  4. Confirm you're eligible. At sign-up Polymarket asks you to confirm you're not a US person and not in a restricted country; its trade screen also asks you to confirm you're not in France and not using a VPN or anything else to get around its restrictions (more on VPNs). Its Terms say you have to be 18 or older.
  5. Add funds. Polymarket says it charges nothing to deposit or withdraw; your bank, card provider or exchange may.
  6. Read the market before you trade: the rules on the market page (how and when it resolves) and its fee rate. A share pays $1 if the outcome happens and nothing if it doesn't, and the calculator above shows the fee.
  7. Only put in what you can afford to lose. If it stops being fun, stop.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a Polymarket promo code or bonus code?
No, not for polymarket.com. It doesn't run a sign-up bonus or promo code, and the affiliate program we're in sets no discount for you. The $25 codes advertised elsewhere are for Polymarket US, a separate exchange for US residents (see the next answer). What polymarket.com does pay back is a taker rebate for active traders, and that needs no code.
What is the $25 Polymarket promo code?
It's a Polymarket US offer. Polymarket US is a separate exchange built for US residents and regulated by the CFTC. Its terms (read 27 Oct 2026) give a new user a $25 promotional credit for a first deposit of at least $10 within 7 days of signing up. They say you get the campaign tied to the code you sign up with or, with no code, the campaign running at the time, so the code isn't what unlocks the credit. Its refer-a-friend program gives $25 each to a user and to a friend who signs up with that user's username and deposits at least $10, up to 50 referrals. The credit can't be withdrawn as cash. None of it applies on polymarket.com or outside the US, and we have no link with Polymarket US.
What is a Polymarket referral code?
Ours is a tag in the link (the via part of the address) that tells Polymarket who sent you. It gives you nothing extra. If you're new and sign up through it, DropSiren gets a share of the trading fees you pay. Your prices and fees are exactly the same with or without it. Polymarket's own referral program is separate, and we're not part of it: it pays the person who shares a link 10% of the new user's net trading fees (5% for people that user brings in), only once the sharer has traded $10,000 in total, and for 30 days at most. The new user gets nothing from it. Figures from Polymarket's referral program docs, read 27 Oct 2026.
Do I need a referral code to join Polymarket?
No. You can go to polymarket.com yourself and get the same account, the same prices and the same fees. The link only decides who Polymarket thanks for sending you.
Does Polymarket pay anything back to traders?
Yes, through its Taker Rebate Program, which needs no link or code. Once your weighted taker volume over 30 days reaches $2,000, Polymarket pays back 3% of your taker fees, rising by tier to 50% at $10,000,000, plus a one-time bonus the first time you reach each tier ($10 at Bronze up to $25,000 at Obsidian). Weighted volume is trade size × (1 − price) × a category weight, and markets with no fee earn nothing. Figures from Polymarket's rebate docs, read 27 Oct 2026.
How much are Polymarket's trading fees?
Takers pay shares × rate × price × (1 − price) on most markets, with category rates between 0.04 and 0.07 in Polymarket's fee docs (read 27 Oct 2026). At the docs' rates, 100 sports shares at 50¢ pay $1.25, 2.5% of the trade, and the same trade in crypto pays $1.75. A single market can carry its own, often lower, rate. As a share of what you spend the fee is rate × (1 − price), so cheap shares cost the most in percentage terms. Geopolitics markets are free.
Do makers pay fees on Polymarket?
No. Polymarket's docs say makers are never charged. A maker order is one that waits on the order book until someone else fills it; a taker order fills straight away against one that's already there. On most categories Polymarket also pays part of the taker fees back to makers.
Is Polymarket available in my country?
Polymarket fully blocks a few sanctioned countries and lists many more as close-only, where you can close positions but not open new ones, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia and Brazil. Some regulators block it on top of that, such as Latvia's State Revenue Service, Switzerland's Gespa and Denmark's gambling authority, and Norway's regulator has proposed a block. Our list has 76 countries and territories, each with its source; the check on this page answers for your own connection.
Can I use a VPN for Polymarket?
Not to get around its restrictions. Polymarket's Terms of Use (polymarket.com/tos, effective 11 Aug 2026) prohibit using a VPN or any similar tool to circumvent them. Its trade screen asks you to confirm you aren't doing that, and Polymarket says it can put a wallet that breaks the rule into close-only mode, where you can only close positions. A VPN doesn't change the law where you live either: in Latvia, for example, the State Revenue Service lists polymarket.com as a blocked gambling site, and the sanction we found for playing unlicensed gambling there is an administrative fine. We don't give VPN advice.
Can I use Polymarket from the US?
Not polymarket.com: it doesn't take new trades from US users. Polymarket US is a separate exchange built for US residents and regulated by the CFTC. We have no link with it, and we show no Polymarket links in the US at all.
Does the referral link change what DropSiren shows?
No. Our boards are ordered by Polymarket's own volume and start times, and we leave out war, politics and similar markets for content reasons. Markets with no taker fee earn us nothing and still show. The fee and country facts on this page come from Polymarket's docs, regulators and news reports, each with the date we read it.

DropSiren isn't run by or partnered with Polymarket beyond its standard affiliate program. Fee rates and country rules change; each one here carries the date we read it.
