Winna VIP and rakeback, as published
Winna publishes its tier thresholds, a detailed bonus calendar and a lossback ceiling. It does not publish the one number everyone asks for, and its own pages disagree on a few of the times.

What the program is
Winna's help centre describes a VIP program driven by total wagered, not XP: six tiers, five levels each, from Bronze 1 at $1,000 to Nebula 5 at a billion. The rewards it lists are instant rakeback every 7 minutes, a Weekly Boost, a Monthly Bonus, a Pre-Monthly Bonus, a Quarterly Bonus, free spins, a free bet, chat rain, lossback, reloads, host bonuses and a slider spin at each level-up. Which of those you can touch depends entirely on the tier you have wagered your way into.
The ladder, with real numbers
Wager ranges come from the "Winna VIP Program" article, which lists all 30 levels. The unlocks column is compiled from the same article and the individual reward articles.

Two things stand out. The jumps are steep: Silver 1 needs twenty times the wagering of Bronze 1, Platinum 1 five hundred times. And most of the perks people search for, lossback, reloads, a host, sit behind $500,000 of turnover. Below that the program is rakeback, a monthly bonus, and a slider spin per level.
The bonus calendar
- Instant rakeback. Claimable every 7 minutes in the VIP Center. Rate not published.
- Weekly Boost. Silver 1 and above, Fridays at 18:15 UTC (18:00 in the dedicated article). Sized on wagering, VIP level and profit and loss; expires after 7 days.
- Monthly Bonus. Bronze 1 and above, the 1st of the month at 12:15 UTC (18:00 in the dedicated article). Part rakeback, part lossback; claim within 30 days.
- Pre-Monthly Bonus. Bronze and above, the 25th at 15:00 UTC (18:00 in the dedicated article). Stacks with the Monthly.
- Quarterly Bonus. Silver 1 and above, every three months, sized on the quarter's engagement.
- Free spins. Gold and above, Wednesdays at 16:15 UTC, pick one of three slots, minimum $1,500 wagered in the period.
- Free bet. Gold and above, the 16th at 18:00 UTC, in ten tiers from $1 to $1,000 by 30-day wager, with at least $10,000 wagered in 30 days to qualify; activate within 7 days.
- Rain. Every 30 minutes in chat for Silver 1 and above.
- Reloads. Platinum and above, 7 consecutive daily claims sized on recent play; miss a day and it is gone.
Those bracketed times are not our typo. Winna's VIP program article and its individual bonus articles give different release times for the same bonuses, and the Weekly Boost article names Silver 1 as the floor in one paragraph and Gold 1 in another. Where the pages disagree, the VIP Center on the day is the authority.
Lossback and the slider
Lossback is the most-searched perk and the most conditional. Winna's article says Platinum and above may receive up to 25% of net losses back as a bonus, that it must be requested through support rather than claimed in the VIP Center, that the percentage is set per account based on activity and game choice, and that reaching Platinum does not guarantee it. Approved lossback may carry wagering requirements and an expiry. So the published figure is a ceiling for a discretionary review, not a rate.
The Winna Slider is a spin at every level-up, used manually from the VIP Center, with prizes the help centre says reach over $1,000,000. The odds are not published, so its expected value is unknowable from outside.
VIP Match
Winna will match a status earned elsewhere. The requirements on its promotion page: $1,000,000 or more wagered at another casino, a $100 minimum deposit, and live access to the old account for a verification bet, all handled through support. Once matched you choose one of five wager-target bonuses: $2,000 for $500,000 wagered, $4,000 for $1m, $10,000 for $2.5m, $40,000 for $10m, $100,000 for $25m. Winna Originals and 98 to 99.1% RTP games count 25% toward the target, 99.1 to 100% RTP games count 10%, everything else 100%. The benefits and targets last 30 days, and you must reach Platinum, $500,000 wagered, in that window or the status is revoked. It is a wager target with a prize attached, so judge it as one.
The number Winna does not publish
Rakeback. It is the first reward in every list, claimable every 7 minutes, described as growing with tier, and never quantified. There is also no weighting inside the Weekly Boost or Monthly Bonus, no slider odds, and no figure for the welcome bonus the homepage advertises. Where there is no published number there is no calculator on this site. Where the Telegram codes fit
Outside the VIP structure. The codes gate on seven-day wagering, roughly $3,000 to $18,000, so they reward being active this week rather than tier. Questions people actually ask
- How much rakeback does Winna pay?
- Winna does not publish a percentage. Its help centre says instant rakeback lets you claim a portion of your wagered amount back every 7 minutes, its homepage says the percentage grows as you climb the VIP ladder, and its about page calls the rakeback industry-leading. None of them states a number. Any precise Winna rakeback figure quoted elsewhere is not coming from the operator.
- How many VIP levels does Winna have?
- Six tiers with five levels each, 30 steps: Bronze from $1,000 wagered, Silver from $20,000, Gold from $100,000, Platinum from $500,000, Diamond from $3,000,000 and Nebula from $100,000,000, with Nebula 5 at a billion dollars wagered. Progress is total wagered, not XP.
- When are Winna's bonuses paid?
- Per the VIP program article: Weekly Boost on Fridays at 18:15 UTC from Silver 1, Monthly Bonus on the 1st at 12:15 UTC from Bronze 1, Pre-Monthly Bonus on the 25th at 15:00 UTC, free spins on Wednesdays at 16:15 UTC from Gold, a free bet on the 16th at 18:00 UTC from Gold, and a Quarterly Bonus every three months from Silver 1. The individual articles give some of these times as 18:00 UTC instead, so Winna's own pages disagree by a few hours.
- How is the Winna Weekly Boost calculated?
- From your wagering activity, VIP level and profit and loss over the period, per the help centre. It is described as a boost of rakeback and lossback. No weighting or percentage is published. You have 7 days to claim before it expires. One article says Silver 1 and above qualify and, in a later line, Gold 1 and above; the VIP program article says Silver.
- What is Winna lossback?
- Up to 25% of net losses returned as a bonus for Platinum and above. It is not automatic: you contact support, ask for a lossback review, and the percentage is set case by case based on your account activity and games. Approved lossback may carry wagering requirements and an expiry. Reaching Platinum does not guarantee it.
- What is the Winna Slider?
- A spin awarded at every VIP level-up, used manually from the VIP Center, with prizes Winna describes as reaching over $1,000,000. The odds are not published, so treat it as a lottery ticket you earn by climbing, not as an expected amount.
- What is Winna VIP Match?
- A status transfer for players with $1,000,000 or more wagered at another casino, a $100 minimum deposit and access to the old account for a verification bet. Once matched you pick one of five wager-target bonuses, from $2,000 for $500,000 wagered to $100,000 for $25,000,000, all valid for 30 days, and you must reach Platinum within that window or the status is revoked. - Do Winna's Telegram codes depend on VIP tier?
- No. The codes gate on wagering over the past seven days, roughly $3,000 to $18,000, not on tier. A dormant Gold account fails the same gate a new one does.
